General Sales terms

The sales made on this website are concluded between the buyer and TG Vins. The General Sales Terms apply to all sales made via www.tgvins.com

When the contract is concluded with a consumer, the present sales terms apply only as it is a "distant contract" like meant in the article 77,§1;1° from the belgian commercial laws of the 14th of july 1991.

So they don't apply if there is meeting of the two parts before the sale.

For all litigious questions, only belgian commercial authorities are competents.
